Which is why we’re launching a four-week programme of nutrition, fitness and life coaching to get your mind and body feeling fantastic for Summer 2021.

Our four-week course, run via Facebook Lives and a closed community Facebook group, includes nutrition, fitness and coaching sessions that have been designed for midlife minds and bodies. Here in the UK, June 21 is Freedom Day, when all remaining coronavirus restrictions will be lifted. Our experts will ensure you are feeling on top form to make the most of everything summer has to offer. We’re calling the programme Ready For Release because that’s exactly what you’ll be – ready and raring to go on June 21 release day!

What’s in the Ready For Release programme?

  • Four weeks of recipes designed by nutritionist Emma Bardwell
  • A weekly group nutrition seminar with Emma, on topics like weight gain in menopause and blood sugar balancing
  • A weekly group life coaching session with the Coaching Heads team
  • A weekly group fitness session with personal trainer Kate Rowe-Ham
  • Don’t worry if you miss a live session, they will all be available to the Facebook group for the duration of the course
  • The ongoing support and encouragement of a closed Facebook group for the Ready For Release community

We’ve partnered with Coaching Heads, three life coaches who are using their combined decades of clinical, professional and career experience to coach midlifers.

In weekly Facebook Live sessions, our three coaches Sara (pictured here), Hannah and Jo will guide you through which bits of your pre-pandemic life you want back, which bits you want to tweak, and what you want to wave goodbye to, to make way for something new.

Consider it a mental spring clean ahead of a summer of glorious freedom!

The nitty gritty you need to know 

The Ready To Release course will be run on Facebook, via a private Facebook group for course participants only. All group sessions will be conducted via Facebook Live. If you miss one, you’ll be able to catch up on it in the Facebook group, where all sessions will be stored for the duration of the course.
